Briefing

TriFinance is a financial consultancy agency. They are constantly looking for highly educated, almost graduated financials. Hokra has been asked to come up with a campaign aimed at HBO and university students who follow a financial education.

Solution

For this we came up with the Smooth Start campaign. HBOs and universities were visited with a food truck. A promotion team with young people spoke to students and filtered on students with the right education. They received a free Smoothie after answering a few questions.

Result

Thanks to this campaign, TriFinance came into contact with hundreds of finance students. The students can then be approached for a follow-up interview, with the aim of eventually going to a traineeship at TriFinance and thus achieving a ‘smooth start’ of their career.
