When asked if you would recommend Peugeot Broekhuis you can give a rating from 1 to 10. Only the number 9 and 10 means yes and the rest so no. They asked us to create this awareness among the customers.

Solution

The solution was a full-color printed peppermint can with thumb peppermints which is given away to the customer after each maintenance session, with of course the explanation why.

Result
